Hope it's a pop. Company may simply announce the completion of the conversions. If they're intelligent, also use the filling to say something cheerful.
Of more importance is where all the shares traded this week are going to go? Here's where I expect a mega jump. Maybe the 8K is the trigger, maybe it will come later.
