Shazbutt is claiming an outstanding of 1.5 billion shares but the actual fact is SRGE authorized 1.5 billion. Big difference there. And they raised it only to qualify for listing on the OTC if you remember. I do, because I am a long term shareholder.
AS is 1.5 billion
OS is around 215 million and all locked up by long term shareholders.
Shazbutt posted a long time ago he sold all his shares and took a loss.
Look at him now badmouthing the stock on i-hub. That's all the proof you need, imo.
