Wow, I took a few hours off from TALK today and I came back to this...
Then I log in to my broker and see we hit a low of 16 today, and I understand the people who are losing their minds.
However, I keep coming back to a few things:
1. The company went through the time and expense to do the 10-k. Why would they not follow through with the rest of it?
2. UMS is a real company.
3. They went through the time and expense to get the new website started.
4. They haven't pr'ed any of this. We haven't gotten a PR since March 2nd. So...is no news good news? Maybe. If this were just a share selling scam, wouldn't they give us a pr every time Levy takes a shit and it comes out brown and round?
5. Levy has a successful and proven track record as a CEO.
I try to remind myself of all of these things, yet I'm still mad as hell that the 8-k isn't out. This is a tough time for all of us to get through. I'm hoping we can all look back on today and laugh someday in Vegas or the Bahamas, or wherever.
