I'd like to see the IRT specialist have a daily briefing with upper management each day, posing questions to them that the IRT was unable to answer ("Not privy to that information." ), then posting the Q&A the next day. Right now, it appears to me the IRT got a basic briefing yesterday to answer basic questions, but the information flow is directive from top down (e.g., "IRT please post this on the website. Please tweet the following." ), but questions posed to the IRT that need management answers seem to be firewalled at the moment.
