It's just a back and forth pissing contest. RMHB sued Rayburn. Meadows sued RMHB. RMHB ammended lawsuit against Rayburn to include Meadows. Arbitration... lawyers being big shots for the last couple months and probably pissing everyone off. Meadows lawyer writes PR. RMHB writes PR.
Timing is all very similar to cross&bones last year. IF it was planned by someone that someone had a good idea how investors would react from past history. My guess is that this PR was a long standing leverage threat that didn't sway RMHB's resolve, so the lawyer went through with the threat. This is only my guess, but I doubt it was a money making conspiracy.
In a nutshell... old guys are bickering, but business is going forward. The only thing that matters is selling product. Raise capital. Higher profile marketing. Sell more product... repeat... stock goes up.
Simply put RMHB tastes better than all the other energy drinks. It just needs a foothold. I would prefer they promote that it tastes so much better rather than the cannabis connection. Albeit there is connection to being the healthier alternative.
