You're kidding, right? Unintended? Look, there hasn't been a counter claim filed yet. They released a PR about their PLANS to file a counter suit. That is exactly what they intended to do; get out their with a response of some kind quickly while legal works on answering the plaintiffs petition. Hardly an unintended PR.
