Listening to the hearing ( that sounded strange) , Ed received participant status but no other neighbors. The city was not represented. Bill brought up Allard and the person in charge basically said save it for the October hearing. That argument seemed out of place at the time in my opinion. Could cen grow for people that won the right to grow on there own and charge those people a small fee just to piss off the city?
