Been following CPXX since it had that 300% pop up. Since then it moved 50% higher. Only reason IMO that it is not well above $20 is that it has not made a deal yet. Like CTIX its a hold on WAIT till further news comes out. Then AGAIN the SP will go crazy. Am no expert at what the SP should really be, only that it will go higher with a deal.
