If the funding is approved, this will be north of a penny immediately. It is very rare for a penny stock to achieve non-dilutive funding in this magnitude. This news alone would take the stock to a 100 million $ valuation ( .03-.05 ). The funding would justify everything which we have speculated! This is really big news and the reason why it did not sky rocket today is bc the street called BS on the tweets
It appears to me that Bill & the other insiders are throwing all of the Twitter followers a bone for being so patient over the years. When the funding is announced over the traditional PR wire, the chance to get in will be over.
Why didn't they just go for say 10 million ? I know what my answer is to that question do you?
