It appears that the Street does not believe the funding will be approved. If the funding is approved, this will climb so much higher than a penny we will laugh at the thought of a .01 valuation!

Considering there is no toxic debt and notes to convert, I see no reason why the company would disclose all of this information if they were not confident in the loan being approved.

I think this is very BIG for us TPAC'rs ..VERY BIG!
