$TPAC Yeah, that is most certainly the best strategy, very much akin to when 200M shares were promised to have been repurchased, only to open the 8-k to find out 300M were retired instead.
And as for the potential investors, it seems each number of zeroes has its own investor base. Many only buy .000's, some won't buy until .00's or .0's, and others don't touch anything that doesn't have a whole number to the left of the decimal point. Once we hold .01 consistently, we should get a new influx of investment.
