It depends how the company releases the info.

If you release the news directly to OTC market that is usually the only place it will be seen.

If you release it via a 3rd party wire such as global news wire or marketwired then usually it will be picked up on most news/trading platforms.

IMO they didnt want to do a PR on it.
no need to dramatize a common occurrance with most companies (lawsuits) and make it seem more of a big deal than it is (not much)
