The SEC says they can restrict the shares longer than the 6 month period if they so choose (iLevy wants a year, he can), but it must be put in a form outlining that. If they decide to dilute, it would need to be outlined in a report like an annual or q. So we really wont know anything till they release that stuff. Unless they go unreporting status, they dont need to tell us jack, but I doubt they want to go that route. At least, they BETTER not go that route, Lol.
