It will take a turbine type blade sort of cone shape to evenly focus the air evenly through the duck jets. Still need a stabilizer. May be done with the excess exhaust to the sides?
Ever think about using a little hydrogen for floating ballast on a smaller scale of course. Will take a lot less power.
