The "court drama" has just begun. Judge Stephens says he wants SFRX to have those that sold explain why they didn't buy back lower, or something like that. Sounds like everyone gets to go play a victim. I'm sure we will hear some heart wrenching testimony about how the Defendant was terrifying when he posted things.
Then we have the FBAR testimony and perhaps Sinclair will be a witness about the gold coins, or lack thereof.
The company could use a $10MM judgement, don't you think?
It's worth far more that a "kannon" that is still on the ocean floor.

Kyle spent quite a bit of money to preserve 35MM shares, huh? And it was paid out in shares.
I don't know what the case was about, and I don't care, but when you say....
are you directing that comment toward Kyle? Hunt's letter to me said I was next and shareholders may file a suit as well.
