It was in reference to the only remaining convertible note on the 10-k, which I am monitoring. However it is only for about $23,000. I don't remember offhand the terms of it, but usually notes convert at a discount of a low bid average over a period of time. This note is due May 22. So with a note that small, we're not talking massive dilution here. Certainly the A/S will not be "going up, dramatically" as that shit for brains wants everyone to believe.

Nothing to panic about, and I didn't mean to give the impression that I or anyone should. Just something I am monitoring as part of DD, something I do for any stock I am investing in, even ones on big boards.
