surely Bill got the go ahead from Boeing to use their name in a PR. Bills got that deal in the bag. In order to fulfill such a partnership well need money. So that tells me hes got financing in the bag too. With big money comes big responsibility. Bill now handing off old, lesser responsibilities in order to graduate to the big leagues.
