I don't remember seeing it at all but only that the shares were restricted. I am hoping we get clarification in the next 8k whenever it eventually comes out.

There was some disagreement over whether it was six months or a year. Levy said it was a year because Lee is an insider.

I tried to find something that specifically said if someone is an insider it is a year but I didn't find anything.
