Me and levy , just fyi ...pretty safe to say we won't see a mid day filing...still couldn't get a timeframe on anything...but might answer some of your questions...
Q...Does 8k have to be reviewed after its submitted? Or does it get filed to edgar just like 10k did?
A. No audit , just review
Q. You been doing this for awhile now, do think there is any benefit to when a filing hits? Like premarket,afterhours, midday? Or certain days? We shareholders thought the 10k would help pps a bit , showing company is legit, but it seemed all the Friday after hours buzz wore off over the weekend and market action just fizzled...would a mid day filing catch people off guard and and people could react on the spot...just trying to get your view as your the one who decides when to file...ty have good day
