in a couple of days and another PR release and this event will become an old story and we will be right back to where we were in the 6's. the drop in price was going to happen anyway, though the lawsuit probably added another 5 or 10 percent to the price drop.
everyone who panic sold will be regretting it. i'm thrilled at today's actions as the shares i bought today will be worth 30% more in just a few days once the dust settles.
this suit effects nothing. are there going to be less cans sold because of this? NO. are the distributors not going to carry the product because roy filed a suit? nope. is the company going to close because roy's lawyer friend filed a suit? nope. once people realize this, pps will go right back up.
