Management is told by regulators in no uncertain terms not to discuss the company being manipulated by shortsellers. They can obtain the NOBO and OBO lists as of a certain date for a fee and many do but they cannot publicly discuss the results without consequences. Tis a rigged game. Go NTEK!!!
