Kudos to Whole Foods for fighting back and not just deciding it was cheaper to settle. If they had paid this guy off, you can bet there would be a WHOLE lot of other similar fake claims against them.

Just like I'm hoping that CTIX fighting back against Mako and Rosen will help us and other companies in the long run.
