I believe Mr. Bordynuik has about two years left on his ban from the settlement with the SEC and three years left from the settlement with the OSC.
I don't think he could credibly start another penny stock in that time but he could probably work with PTOI if he keeps a low profile...for example he should avoid the title, "Chief Swindle Officer" but he could maybe use, "Chief of Investor Defrauding Operations."

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
