Here's an example of what can happen to someone who files a frivolous lawsuit.
This guy sued Whole Foods for a slur on a cake, which it appears he put on the cake himself. Whole Foods is countersuing, asking for all costs, plus damages for defamation, plus asking for sanctions against his attorney. They put the PDF of Whole Food's response near the bottom of the article.
