The website is an important tool for their business and we don't know what clients or larger entities that the company is promoting that to.
It is also a very important tool to attract new investors. It makes sense that they would have it updated and live before, not after they issue the 8-k, which I'm sure will come with a PR, and before they issue any subsequent PRs.
After seeing how outdated and pathetic the old website was, I think the new one being up and live is a huge step and not to be dismissed.
