Apparently Adam F. is criticizing today's PR saying that the SPA was rejected but CTIX is hiding it....then he mocks the "soft lock" of the database like it is not a term of art or something....I looked it up and found this:
Database lock means declaring that data is now clean and the same is ready for statistical analysis. Database freeze has the similar meaning, but in the some of the organization soft lock is termed as freezing the database. Terminology may vary but organizations have some logic to differentiate these two events, however not all CDM centers follow this practice
