David Chalk wants to commit to a public company that can bring forth some of the technologies he has uncovered as well as possibly building out and marketing decision zone and enigma mobile
Dr Chalk did build a computer retail company from nothing to a multi million dollar chain of stores before he sold it, he also sold a critical piece of software to Blackberry a few years ago so we have to assume he is not a small thinker.
