Day 76: Audited F/S and Pro Forma information



So visually this is how I keep viewing TALK filing break diwn...

Jan 29 TALK merger completed

Day 1: TALK Feb 2nd 8-K was filed

(Passing of 4 business days but TALK filed 2 days after this on the 10th)

Day 6: Acquiror's 8-K... TALK Feb 10th 8-K with UMS Fins

(The passing of 71 calendar days from Feb 8 which was day 5... Not from when Feb 10 8-k came out which was day 6)

Day 76: That would mark today April 19th
