It has not been a secret and the company has stated in several ways that the plan is to have everything in order to go straight to market. They stated the SPA was for the purpose of being completely in line with the FDA so going to market will not have any road blocks. They also discussed about the additional precautions and time to prepare "to Market" quality drug for the testing phase so there is no question between the test grade drug and actual market drug.
I believe they are lining up for that mid term review to be ready to go to market if the green light is given by the FDA!
