Per the 10k the closing date was Jan 29. That was a Friday.
I did read the four business days plus 71 calendar days here....page 6.

The triggering event was the close on Jan 29. Four business days was the following Thursday or Feb 4. The 71 days ended on April 15, last Friday. I am sure that's why he felt they were not delinquent on the 13th and why they worked over the weekend. The filing was due last Friday.
