the 8k I'm looking at has dates, this is edgar-online.com. However, section 8.01 shows the following.
"As provided in such Form 8-K, the Company will be filing financial statements of UMS and pro forma financial information required by Item 9.01 by amendment to such Form 8-K no later than 71 days after February 2, 2016."

Not trying throw a good thing down, but dates were clearly expressed at one point for this data to be available. This was indeed last Wednesday!
