The sad story? Instead of wasting time and money with unrealistic proposals to repeal the ACA, the Congress could have done what they did with Medicare, SS and the Medicare D Bill, namely tweak it and improve it.
That's the way things USED to work until the Kenyan Socialist Alpha Negro won twice, causing the GOP majority Congress to completely lose their sh*t!
It's no more complicated than that, and it's an accurate narrative that will be used to defeat GOP Congressmen and of course whichever 'sacrificial lamb' the GOP runs for president!
