I was just telling Rocky about Rocky Mountain High Brands filed form 10 and that action opens the door for the big money people to invest in the stock. The law of supply and demand , which is still in effect, will cause the stock price to rise. Any one with any common dollars and sense will accumulate shares, but only if they want to make money.
