I haven't seen the $40million figure before, its new to me but you are right about amarantus doing a terrible job at updating their website, i've seen a lot of errors in the past on their website.

I agree though, its not solid evidence.

We'll know for certain once we get updated through GC or the 10-K filing perhaps.

Keeping my fingers crossed though that he did somehow get additional funding!
It sure would make sense why he doesn't attend those funding conference's (forget the names) anymore and why he maybe blew of the shareholders meeting for expanding the authorized shares.

Its all speculation at this point whats happening, we are all in the dark.
