From a purely technical perspective CTIX will be forced to breakout of this pennant by Wednesday or Thursday. I always find it curious how timing of news correlates with technicals coming to a head.
PS.... Still loving this sideways action on low volume!!! Continue to weed out the riff-raff. Don't be fooled though, this stock is very stealthily being accumulated.
