Let me see if I can nail this down and why.
School is about out and folks will be busy moving selling moving buying relocating businesses will be ready to post new jobs and quite possible some buisness re-structuring plans , basically a very busy time of year.....that's not counting weddings ect.

By mid June folks and businesses should be settling down and by August 1st is probably a good time to wake up any sleeping share holders.
