Who cares! An OTC company isnt required to report anyways. It saves the company cash! It's expensive each quarter... Doesn't mean the company is a scam, or they will be selling shares, there are hundreds of OTC companies that aren't listed and why because it's not required!! The way I see it There's no point in it anyways until business gets up and running.... OTC stocks don't go through anything diff than an OTC stock that is listed and reports.... Many many many OTC stocks don't report and aren't scams and dont have any problems at all....
