This website and iscum both have disclaimers in effect for the people who post. That lawsuit was over the same libel we see everyday from "bashers" You throwing your opinion out there on a stock message board wont get you in any trouble unless you claim to be a financial expert or say you are licensed to give financial advice. If you didnt do that, you're good.
