The 10K reports things as of 12-31-15 with one exception - the amount of issued and outstanding shares as the date of the filing.
If we hear about the closing of the deal, it won't be in the 10K.
Also, there will be no details about revenue of Avant ever included in AMBS' public filings. Avant reports its own revenue in its own public filings.

Shares im thinking 45m which is still extremely low for a bio comp and would still put the realistic value of the company at $1.5-$2 per share!!
