Wow that is a large drop in production. Might have an effect on prices being there is such a drop in supply, to offset the disappointment of no production freeze. I thought this was interesting from the article:
I read an article recently that there are projections that prices will stabilize in second half of 2016 and the glut will be gone by 2017. I can't find the article right now but will post when I find it.
