10k explains what they company made per year before the merger, as well as the future plans of the company with the new merged company; essentially proving the merger is done, if that makes sense. The 8k will show what the acquired company made, which is estimated to be upwards of 25 million dollars last year, per prior announcements from the company. So far, the company made big moves with the new website and 10k, but the 8k will be what makes this thing take off. Based on share structure and revenues, assuming the 25 million figure is correct, we can expect this stock to be over $1 per share after everything is released. A lot of us did some serious DD on this, its legit, I personally own over 29 million shares, thats how confident I am in this company right now.
