$HVCW ~ With a database of more than 28,000 beers from around the globe, World of Beer, Inc. (WOB), will open a new tavern in Milford on April 25 in the Connecticut Post Mall at 1201 Boston Post Road.
With over 500 bottles, 60 rotating taps, a cask engine and an infusion tower, WOB invites guests on a journey to discover the best in local and international beers, according to a news release from the company.
With locations in both West Hartford and Stanford, the expanding tavern franchise currently operates more than 75 taverns in 21 states. WOB-Milford will employ about 100 people.
“Our goal is to provide our guests with a one-of-a-kind World of Beer experience they won’t find anywhere else,” said Troy Livingston, WOB-Milford general manager said in a statement. “Whether you’re a passionate beer lover or simply looking for a friendly place to gather for great casual food and a drink, we hope to see you here.”
