I'm not the one lying to a Court like Kyle the Koward is suggesting a message board poster made the stock price tank. If I were a shareholder i would ask him to step down as he isn't worthy to lead any company.
What POS CEO tells a court the share price is vulnerable to statements which actually are true?
The Defendant said it was just a phase 1 exploration permit, and by golly that's exactly what it is.
If the share price can't stand up to scrutiny, then that says quite a lot about the company itself.
Kyle Kennedy is a loser for making the claims he does. And the fact that shareholders would embrace such arguments shows they are right there in the mire with him.
