Oh LORD, SFRX is a victim yet again, according to you.
Florida statutes are clear. The burden is on Kyle to show statements are false. Hunt should have explained that to him.
If I commit libel, then Florida statutes are clear as to how long I have to correct such statements.
I asked four specific questions and gave SFRX reasonable time to provide proof I was wrong. SFRX chose not to respond. Anyone could have provided proof if it existed. The fact no one responds with documents suggest my conclusions are correct.
Hunt and others suggest Kyle Kennedy doesn't have to answer to me. That's all fine and dandy. But Kyle Kennedy thinks a Florida court is suppose to be burdened because he doesn't like what I post?
Further, I was willing to stop posting and would have apologized and corrected the record. Hunt has that in writing.
But nooooooooooooooooo, Kyle Kennedy is of such an important status simply providing proof of an 80/20, or 3 items, naming the archaeologists that is suppose to have found gold coins on the current site (which Sinclair denies), and proof the name inscribed on platters is the name of the Captain's wife is beneath him. After all, he's the CEO and there is pending litigation. He doesn't have to answer me. Yet he can accuse me of a crime?
What world are you living in?
If Kyle Kennedy wishes to sue me for false statements, at some point he's going to have to prove those statements are false.
When I look at the current lawsuit and see all the OBVIOUS LIES SFRX told the Court, it's obvious Kyle will do anything to take someone's rights away if it in anyway interferes with his schemes at SFRX.
He's a rather pitiful person, as is his attorney Huffman.
Florida courts don't hold Kyle up on some peddle stool, though his marks may. He's a US citizen just as I am. He can make his claims and I have 14th amendment protections, regardless of any pending litigation.
But it's a convenient excuse when one can't prove me wrong, huh?
