See I had no factual basis but I really thought that the 10K had to come first and now it appears that I was right I'm not a hundred percent Savvy on sec filing requirements and I never have any intention to be.. kind of like the EPA is beginning to regulate the industry at work Logistics has no reason to ever read the statute and I never have any intention on reading it I just know what they tell me and I pick up on a few things here and there and that's good enough for me
