I admit that the deregistering came as a surprise...but I talked to Gregg for a long time last night and here are my thoughts
1. There are probably 12-15 active shareholders in the company and he knows who they are (he has the shareholder list)...He is happy to answer any phone calls or emails from shareholders to discuss the what and why of this decision and he will tell you within his legal ability what he can
2. The gtrq shareholders would be best served to abondon the ihub board and any board that is publicly viewed and start a private board where we can discuss the good and bad freely and share any info that may be beneficial without fear of it being exploited for the sake of bashing the company
3. Gregg cares deeply about the actual shareholders and is working hard to make this successful...
If someone here would like to start a private forum where each member can be vetted to be sure that they are a current shareholder ...I think that would be great...and I will be happy to share there in much more detail
