The 10-K will help by removing the yield sign. There's a big difference between OTCQB compliant verses OTC Pink Limited, so this should help to attract new investors.
We should reach new highs, but the 8-K and PR's is what I think will move the price to the height we would all like to see.
The 10-K is just the restart for TALK - PPS move towards dollar land.
