I believe the SEC clearing Baltia Airlines of Any wrong doing is "bigger than Huge".
I believe that if 80% of all the OTC companies had the SEC come knocking on their door they would probably pee their pants.
With all the incredible outside pressure the SEC had on them to "Check Out" Baltia Airlines, you know they turned over every paper clip. Probably a bad analogy, but it's like going to the Dr for you first check up after smoking for 50 years and the Dr says your clean and good to go. Point being they did not go there with eyes closed.
