Guts, I have been following PGEI for a few months now and like the DD that has been completed. While I never like to recommend the I-H chat line but in PGEI's case your review of the DD could be very helpful. Here is a quick overview from the audio interview with CEO Jan Telander:
--300 acres of Baja Organic Farmland about to be contracted with a long term lease with a large American Farm operation.
--5,500 addition acres being negotiated to be developed and leased.
--water wells to be drilled and powered by solar
--no convertible debt
--Oklahoma solar powered subdivision being negotiated
--Michigan rental from commercial property
--SolTech distributorsip possible for US
I have become heavily invested for a long term run. Very thin stock and will move quickly on the next CEO update.
