$PSGR Nothing new to talk about. MY OPINION: Readers of this board have, by now, come to understand that Pershing Resources (PR) does not provide information that reflects its daily status of the R&D and alleged mining test operations. IF you are a current shareholder and have attempted to contact PR, you may have resigned yourself to the acceptance of Pershing Resources' failure to respond to your texts, emails or phone calls. If you are considering a purchase of this stock, I strongly suggest that you review posts on this and other boards to ascertain the beliefs and due diligence of those who have purchased or sold this penny stock. Approximately two years ago PSGR was a penny stock that appeared to be moving up in value. At that time I believed that the failures of previous years of Pershing Resources and its other iterations could be overlooked. Changes in Executive Management appeared to have been extremely positive and the company was actively involved in communicating with the investors and actively 'working and testing' the mining claims. Then, sadly, the CEO, Dan, died. Pershing Resources announced new personnel hires and the return of the old Executive Management. A review of the new personnel highlighted the new was still the old. Until such time as PR provides verifiable information about test results, on-going operations, quantitative measurements of ore reserves AND their identification by element I can NOT suggest that any Press Release by PR has credibility. I presume the next information that is provided by PR will be another Quarterly Financial Statement. Let us all hope that the next Press Release provides HONEST & ACCURATE information about operations, testing, personnel and site developments. I remain guarded in my belief that Pershing Resources will ever amount to anything other than a cash cow for the owner & executives of the company BUT I also remain somewhat hopeful that the investor does finally see a return on investment....maybe my Grandchildren will eventually break even. If nothing else, KEEP YOUR PMs and comments coming and continue to request information from Pershing Resources.
